Bones. Good bones. It’s an expression you hear a-lot when it comes to remodeling homes. Underneath the ill-faced debris laid a masterpiece. Tall ceilings, large sun-welcoming windows and viewable scapes throughout the house; and, the center-piece – an enchanting curved staircase that led to a partial second floor.

A “diamond in the rough” was in the possession of interior designer, Migena Gace from A&M Design Group.

25 years this house hasn’t seen an update. Old and misused. It needed love. Located in Quail Creek Community in Naples, Florida. It sits near a golf course where the views are vast with green and blue.

The new owners of this Naples home hailed from a large family that sprung from Michigan and West Palm Beach. Their goal was to renovate this home to be a meeting point – a family solace.

Each space was to be comfortable and welcoming for their guests – that would make them feel all together – this is how interior design brings people together.
